Jean-François Fruchtman

J-F is a graduate of the ESCP and CELSA. He began an international career in Marketing and Business Development : in consumer goods at the European headquarters of Procter & Gamble in Geneva, in tech for HP in Israel and in start-ups in Paris. Expert of job interview coaching for more than 10 years, he joined Upward in 2015 to share his “savoir-faire” with our candidates. He was appointed Partner in 2017 as Director of Upward Consulting. In 2019, he becomes COO of the group while assuring the development of Upward Digital.
