Eva graduated from Sciences Po Paris ans starts her career in the Human Resources Department of Danone, then she got "that" feeling about headhunting recruitment. After 2 years in a firm specializing in real estate profiles, she joined Upward in 2017. She made her first steps at Upward Consulting, the unit dedicated to consulting businesses, where she had the opportunity to develop a strong overview of the digital field. In 2020, she naturally contributed to the creation of Upward Digital.

J-F is a graduate of the ESCP and CELSA. He began an international career in Marketing and Business Development : in consumer goods at the European headquarters of Procter & Gamble in Geneva, in tech for HP in Israel and in start-ups in Paris. Expert of job interview coaching for more than 10 years, he joined Upward in 2015 to share his "savoir-faire" with our candidates. He was appointed Partner in 2017 as Director of Upward Consulting. In 2019, he becomes COO of the group while assuring the development of Upward Digital.
